WHAT IS IT? Chinese sausages are cured and often made of pork but can be made of chicken or an assortment of livers. They are mildly sweet, and have an aromatic flavour of rice wine and used very commonly in Chinese cuisines.
When I think of bangers and mash, I think of sausages smothered in gravy on creamy mashed potatoes. It’s a classic comfort food that should never be messed with – but of course I had to come along and muck around. 🙂
