This is a collection of Asian herbs and aromatics used in Asian recipes to give them their unique flavors.
Some of these spices and herbs range from uncommon ones like annatto seeds which are used to give Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup) its color and very common ones like lemongrass which is commonly used to flavor Thai and Vietnamese dishes like Tom Kha Ga (Thai Coconut Chicken Soup) and Vietnamese Grilled Lemongrass Pork Chops (Thit Heo Nuong Xa).
